Celebrating Spring In the Kindergarten with Betty Peck

Forty-nine years after opening the door to her first Kindergarten, students and parents still return to express their gratitude and recollect the many experiences they still carry with them from their year in Betty Peck's magical Kindergarten. What are the ingredients of these lifetime memories? What will our children take with them from our classrooms into their future?

We are delighted to invite you to hear Betty Peck as she presents some of her most treasured ideas for celebrating Spring with the young child. Although the standards of expectation in the Kindergarten have changed over the years, the young child has not lost its joy in discovery or its connection to the world of nature. The need for meaningful experiences remains. Betty Peck's unique Kindergarten program and philosophy are exemplary ways of planting seeds for lifelong learning.
